Finally have my 6' 3" body down to 220 lbs. It just isn't in the same places it was the last time I was 220, about 18 months ago. Need to move more of it to arms and legs.
Cleaning up the residence ans helping Suki edit her latest draft are the orders of the day. Sneek in a trip to the store for properly sized curtain rods for french doors to bedroom and clear space for new furniture.
Homework from the office might get in there too.
