Man Arrested in Arlington Was Former Top Army Soldier

"A man who investigators say purposely struck a person with his car in Pentagon City last week was formerly the top enlisted member of the U.S. Army.He was convicted of obstruction of justice charges and acquitted of sexual harassment charges in the 1990s.
Police say Manassas resident Gene C. McKinney, 59, had picked up commuters from a slug line and was driving north toward Washington when the commuters demanded to be let out of the car because, they claimed, McKinney was driving fast and erratically.
After McKinney let them out on the 1100 block of South Eads Street, one man took out a camera and tried to snap a photo of McKinney’s license plate. That’s when McKinney hit the gas and struck the man with his car, according to police. He was arrested and charged with attempted malicious wounding."

'No stranger himself to sexual harassment allegations, Oracle CEO Larry Ellison has denounced HP's directors for forcing the resignation of HP CEO Mark Hurd. 'The HP board just made the worst personnel decision since the idiots on the Apple board fired Steve Jobs many years ago,' Ellison wrote. For now, it seems that Rupert Murdoch is also standing by Hurd, who sits on News Corp's Board of Directors and its Corporate Governance Committee. Less likely to survive the scandal is Hurd's relationship with HP General Counsel Mike Holston, who accepted Hurd's signed separation agreement after leading an investigation into Hurd's actions, which Holston told the NY Times 'showed a profound lack of judgment.' Quite a change from just last year, when Hurd and Holston teamed up to get their daughters' elite prep school a state-of-the-art HP Data Center.'

Jodie Fisher, Woman in HP Scandal, Appeared in Steamy Movies
She appeared in several minor films, some of which Allred described as rated R.
According to the Internet Movie Database, she appeared in films in the 1990s, including "Easy Rider -- The Ride Back," "Sheer Passion" and "Blood Dolls." Three years ago, she appeared on "Age of Love," an NBC reality show in which women of different ages dated Australian tennis star Mark Philippoussis.
Though Hurd and Fisher denied having a sexual relationship, Hurd acknowledged a friendship with her, and the case was resolved with a payment from Hurd to Fisher, according to published reports.
An investigation by HP found that Hurt broke the company's rules of conduct but did not violate its sexual harassment policy. The company found that other people were listed as Hurd's dinner companions on expense reports when he had been with Fisher, and the company claimed she was paid, at his behest, for work she didn't do.
