No wonder UPI is in the shape they are in. One of the allegedly missing phone calls is supposed to be with Rahm Emanuel. UPI is the only news org that does not mention this.
"CHICAGO, Feb. 8 (UPI) -- Attorneys for former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich asked a federal judge to order prosecutors to produce records of two phone calls lawyers claim went missing.
In their motion, Blagojevich's attorneys said the calls support their client's claim he is innocent of charges he tried to sell President Barack Obama's U.S. Senate seat after the November 2008 election, WMAQ-TV, Chicago, reported Tuesday."
