The Kindle version is live now, ASIN: B002EL4EAK, however Amazon's minimum price is $1, so that is the toll for the Kindle folks.

Consider this version a pre-release, since I do have a couple of tweaks I think I need to make. May be able to save them for the next book, where something from John's past threatens the relationship.
This book picks up around the same place that Suki I ends.
I have never seen a lesbian shotgun wedding described anyplace before, so I hope my version sounds good.
Again, this is fiction. The only "real" person in it is "Big D", at his request and he has no lines, just a mention.
