Suki With A Twist: Part Two news

This technology will be making an appearance in Suki With A Twist: Part Two.  It will be evolved a bit for the 2030s, law enforcement will be prohibited from using it in the manner that I am going to write it and there will be several defenses against it, that will still be illegal but only because of some court cases that should be overturned.
