Explosions Reported At MDOT Headquarters

Update 2:34 PM: ABC Radio reports it was two package bombs, one in Hanover and one in Annapolis. All State mail rooms are on lockdown.

Possible Explosions Reported At MDOT Headquarters - Baltimore News Story - WBAL Baltimore:

"Firefighters and hazmat crews were sent to the MDOT building in the 7200 block of Corporate Center in Hanover shortly before 1 p.m. Thursday.
County officials said they were responding to a possible explosion and hazmat situation."

Update 1/07/11: The authorities now describe the devices as incendiaries, not explosives.  A note was in one complaining about highway signs.
