Tea Party Nazi Reenactor Rick Iott Defends Himself - ABC News:

"Rich Iott, the Republican candidate for the U.S. House in northwest Ohio, said he is the victim of 'false character attacks,' after photos of him wearing a Nazi uniform were published last week.

'Never, in any of my re-enacting of military history, have I meant any disrespect to anyone who served in our military or anyone who has been affected by the tragedy of war, especially the Jewish Community,' Iott said in a press release posted Saturday on his campaign website, voteiott.com."

He is a re-enacter. Isn't that sort of like "actor" without a SAG card? Yes. Does anything bad ever happen to those who wear Maoist and Marxist items every day? No!

I wonder what happened to these people? How were they ridiculed for playing Nazis:

No, not one single bit of criticism for them playing Nazis.

Director Oliver Stone belittled the Holocaust during a shocking interview (caution, pay-wall) with the Sunday Times today, claiming that America's focus on the Jewish massacre was a product of the "Jewish domination of the media."

The director also defended Hitler and Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, and railed against the "powerful lobby" of Jews in America.
