EL PASO, Texas —A shooting on the El Paso, Texas military installation Fort Bliss has claimed the life of at least one person and left two other people victimized.
US military officials say the man, whose name has not yet been released, was shot dead by law enforcement officials after opening fire on two people at the installation's minimart shopping center known as the "Shopette" on Marshall Road.
