"FORT BLISS -- A woman shot at a Fort Bliss convenience store Monday has died, post officials said.
Bettina Maria Goins, 44, of El Paso, was pronounced dead at Beaumont Army Medical Center on Monday following the shooting, Fort Bliss officials said.
The shooter was identified as retired Army Sgt. Steven Kropf, 63, of El Paso. He was shot and killed at the scene Monday by Department of Army Law Enforcement Guard."More at the link above.
