This is more related to the fan fiction and second series than the original series. Actually, not really, because the brutal scenes in the fan fiction and coming up in the new series are torture without question.

Leftists call this sort of thing "torture" (not safe for work): A Nina Hartley Bondage and Discipline video featuring a technique called "walling".  From a post last year.
