Obamas Announce Surprise Vacation to Nation's Capital

(WASHINGTON)  —Despite growing criticism over he and his family’s apparent zeal for endless vacationing, the Obamas nonetheless announced Monday that they will take a vacation to none other than the nation’s capital in October.

    “The past year-and-a-half has provided me and my family with an unprecedented ability to take vacations world-wide,” said the President to reporters aboard Air Force One, en route to somewhere erroneously and indefensibly expensive and lavish. “We’ve gone to Spain, the Virgin Islands, Madrid, Paris, Berlin, Rome, Martha’s Vineyard, Nantucket —you name it. Now we’ve finally set our sights on our nation’s capital.”
